Do you have a Group Sales Program?
Yes we have a group sales program similar to our co-brand program. All you have to do is send information over and somebody will be in contact directly to help!
Can you ship to an address that’s outside the US?
We can ship via the different major carriers for international shipments.
Can I ship to APO/FPO addresses?
We can! Suggested method would be to ship USPS Priority Mail as they’re able to deliver to military addresses.
How to Modify/Cancel Your Order
Once an order is pulled from Woo Commerce, any changes would need to be requested via our CRM portal to our CSR team to make. If the order is already pulled to our system, an edit on Woo Commerce does not change the order in our system. If the order is already planned, picked, or shipped edits are not available unless to retract an item from the order. Additional items can be added to an order by submitting a second order with instructions to combine with the original order.
The item I want to purchase is out of stock. Can I order it and have it ship when it’s available again?
If an item is out of inventory, if a customer can leave their email address can we send an email when more inventory arrives.
How do I process a return?
When an order is returned to us, with clothing our team checks for visible wear and if there are any immediate odors to the item that would make it non-sellable. Then the return is logged into our system and if the item is in good condition it is counted back into inventory. The documentation is sent out weekly on a returns report. The information provided to the customers on your website may be better suited to explain to fill out the return form on the packing slip and send back any unworn and unwashed items.
